To become a sponsor, simply email us at support@iopusa.org and
let us know the following information
- Name of the child you would like to sponsor
- Your name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Email address
- Also let us know of your interest in sponsoring the student for more than one year.
You do not have to sponsor for more than one year, and even if you do tell us you
are interested in doing that, and change your mind, you are under no obligation to
continue. You will receive a notice around November asking if you will sponsor
for another year. All we ask is that you respond in a timely manner. If the child you
request has already been taken, we will contact you about which ones are available.
(we will try to keep the website up to date so that doesn't happen). We expect to have
more information about other students needing sponsors very soon. The cost to
sponsor a child can be found on the school fees link, you may also add alittle to the
cost of the sponsorship for money to be given to the students family. We will want all
payment in the form of a check written out to:
IOP-US Christ United Methodist Church
We will also want you to write the name of the child being sponsored in the memo
area on the check.
